About Beverly Residence 2
Beverly Residence 2 is HMB Homes’ second building in Jumeirah Village Circle, following Beverly Residence, which was completed in 2021. It is a low-rise building with a stone-and-wood façade, planted balconies, a designer lobby, a pool with a kids’ area and a rooftop lounge, BBQ zone and open-air gym. Apartments have smart-home controls and floor-to-ceiling windows, and a set of one-bedrooms come with their own private pool.
The unit breakdown
Studios of 400–460 sq ft, one-bedrooms of 650–740 sq ft, one-bedrooms with a private pool of 800–900 sq ft, and two-bedrooms of 1,100–1,800 sq ft. Launch prices started at 600,000 (studio), 825,000 (one-bedroom) and 1.4 million (two-bedroom). The total unit count is not published.
Why this address
Beverly Residence 2 is in District 15 of JVC, close to Al Khail Road, so the drive out of the community is short. Circle Mall, the JVC parks and schools are minutes away; Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall are about fifteen minutes, and Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah under twenty.

HMB Homes is a Dubai developer of mid-rise residential buildings.
