Live Tour terms
The terms that apply to a booked live video viewing.
A Live Tour is a scheduled video call during which an HTH agent visits a property and shows it to you in real time.
Booking and payment
Your slot is held when you submit the booking form and confirmed once payment is received through the secure link we send. The fee is credited against your commission if you buy the property through us.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours the fee is not refundable, because the agent’s time is already committed. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Access
Some properties are tenanted. Access depends on the occupier’s consent and can be withdrawn at short notice; where that happens we will offer an alternative slot or a full refund.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded for quality and so that we can send you the footage afterwards. Tell us at the start if you would prefer not to be recorded.
