We confirm the developer’s escrow account at the DLD before a dirham leaves your account.

Service-charge clearance, developer NOC, trustee appointment and the transfer appointment booked around your travel.
Title deed in your hand
Registration confirmed, title deed issued, and every receipt in a single indexed PDF.
The transfer, step by step
Offer accepted
We take over the moment the price is agreed: Form F, deposit cheque and a timeline both sides sign up to.
Due diligence
Title search, mortgage status, service-charge arrears, building NOC restrictions and any DLD blocks.
Clearance
Seller’s mortgage settled, developer NOC obtained, trustee appointed and the transfer slot booked.
Registration
Attendance at the trustee office on your behalf if you cannot fly in, then the title deed and the full file.
