What the inspection covers
Every room, every surface
Levels, tiling, joinery, paint, silicone, door swing, floor falls — photographed and numbered.
Systems tested, not glanced at
Every socket, every switch, AC flow and temperature differential, water pressure and drainage in each wet area.
A report the developer answers
Defect list keyed to photographs and locations, in the format the developer’s handover team uses.
Free re-inspection
We come back once the fixes are done and confirm each item in writing before you sign off.

Book before you sign
The leverage disappears the moment you accept handover. Book the inspection for the same week.
Three hours on site
Two inspectors, thermal camera, moisture meter and a levelling laser. You are welcome to walk with us.
Report in 24 hours
Numbered defects, photographs, severity and the contractual basis for each — sent to you and, if you want, to the developer.
Re-inspection and sign-off
We verify the remediation and tell you plainly whether it is finished or whether to hold the keys.
Send us the handover date and the unit number — we confirm the slot the same day.
