About One Beverly
One Beverly is HMB Homes’ largest project: 381 apartments in an Art Deco-inspired building in Arjan, arranged around a landscaped courtyard. The courtyard is a resort deck – a beach pool, shallow and kids’ pools, a water slide and splash pad, cabanas, a padel court and basketball court – with an indoor gym, aqua gym, separate male and female sauna and jacuzzi, and indoor and outdoor kids’ zones. The façade uses glass-reinforced concrete with curved, terraced floors.
The unit breakdown
381 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Studios are 387–392 sq ft, one-bedrooms 606–789 sq ft and two-bedrooms 1,089–1,632 sq ft. Launch prices started at 650,000, 1 million and 1.6 million; the developer has sold out, and recent resales have registered at 625,000 (studio), 1.12 million (one-bedroom) and 1.55 million (two-bedroom).
Why this address
Dubai Miracle Garden is five minutes away and Dubai Butterfly Garden ten. Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Sports City are fifteen minutes, and Global Village twenty. Arjan sits between JVC, Motor City and Dubai Hills, with Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on its edges.
Who is building it
HMB Homes is a Dubai developer of mid-rise residential buildings. Its first project, Beverly Residence in JVC, was completed in 2021; it now has ten Beverly and Havelock projects across JVC, Arjan, Discovery Gardens, Motor City and Dubailand. One Beverly is its second building in Arjan, after Beverly Boulevard.
