Empire Developments is the real-estate arm of Ghani Holdings, a group that has traded in the UAE since 1995 under its founder and chairman, Mr Kamran Ghani, across import-export, tourism, hospitality, automobile trading and real estate. The development company itself was incorporated in 2016 as Plazzo Development Real Estate LLC and has since delivered and launched across Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Arjan, Liwan, Dubai Science Park and the Dubai Land Residential Complex.

Empire works in mid-rise, mixed-use formats: retail and showrooms at street level, podium parking above it, and apartments on the upper floors, with the amenity deck placed on the podium roof rather than squeezed into a basement. Unit mixes lean towards studios and one-bedrooms, which is what the districts they build in actually rent.
