Empire Estates is Empire Developments’ residential project in Arjan. The ground floor has a covered drop-off, a double-height branded lobby and a parking space for every apartment. The podium holds a lagoon-shaped, temperature-controlled pool with a waterfall, a kids’ pool, a jacuzzi, a paddle court and a jogging track; the rooftop club has a sky gym, sauna, steam room, business centre and games lounge. Studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments all come with their own private pool, and two- and three-bedroom sky-villa duplexes sit on the podium and the 8th floor.

Studios of 443 sq ft, one-bedrooms of about 898 sq ft, two-bedrooms of 1,037–1,758 sq ft, three-bedrooms of 1,771 sq ft and sky-villa duplexes of 1,640–3,168 sq ft – every type with a private pool, and the one- and two-bedrooms with a maid’s room. As an example, unit 634 (one-bedroom with maid’s room and pool, 884 sq ft) is priced at 1,749,777, or about 1,979 per sq ft. The total unit count is not published.
Why this address
Dubai Miracle Garden is two minutes away and Arabian Ranches ten. Dubai Hills Mall and Global Village are fifteen minutes, Expo City seventeen and Mall of the Emirates eighteen; Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Dubai International Airport are 22–24 minutes. Empire Developments is part of Ghani Holdings, in the UAE since 1995 under its founder and chairman Mr Kamran Ghani. The development company was formed in 2016 as Plazzo Development Real Estate LLC; its earlier projects are Plazzo Residence in JVT and Plazzo Heights and Empire Residence in JVC.
