Azizi Beach Oasis 2

Azizi Beach Oasis 2 is the second phase of Azizi’s Beach Oasis concept in Dubai Studio City: two low-rise residential buildings, A and B, each with ground plus eight floors, wrapped around a shared courtyard with a lagoon-style pool and man-made beach. Building A holds the gym, multipurpose hall, changing areas and kids’ play area on its first floor. The first Beach Oasis next door has been completed, so buyers can see the finished pool and apartments before they commit.

The unit breakdown

Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, set out across both buildings on the colored floor plans. As an example, unit 616 in Building A – a one-bedroom (Type 2D) on the 6th floor with 534 sq ft of internal area and a 146 sq ft balcony, 680 sq ft in total – is offered at ⃃ 1,021,000, or about ⃃ 1,502 per sq ft. Listing sites show studios of about 346–410 sq ft and two-bedrooms of about 979–997 sq ft, with launch prices from ⃃ 514,000. The total unit count is not published.

Who is building it

Azizi Developments was founded in 2007 by Mirwais Azizi and has delivered more than 45,000 homes in Dubai, with around 150,000 more in the pipeline. Beach Oasis 2 follows the first Beach Oasis in Studio City, which Azizi has completed.
