HMB Homes Real Estate Development LLC is a Dubai developer of mid-rise residential buildings, active since 2014. Its first project, Beverly Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle, was completed in February 2021, followed by Beverly Boulevard in Arjan. It now has ten projects under the Beverly and Havelock names – in JVC (Beverly Residence, Beverly Residence 2, Havelock Heights, Beverly Crown), Arjan (Beverly Boulevard, One Beverly), Discovery Gardens (Beverly Gardens, Havelock Residences), Motor City (Beverly Grande) and Dubailand (Beverly Park) – and says it has more than ⃃ 250 million of completed developments.

How they build

HMB builds single mid-rise buildings of roughly 150–400 apartments: studios, one- and two-bedrooms, with some private-pool and duplex units, and the amenities stacked on the roof or a podium deck rather than on a separate plot. The specification is consistent across projects – TEKA kitchen appliances, porcelain flooring, smart-home controls – and the payment plans are usually 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. The focus is end-users and yield investors in mid-market communities, not the luxury end.
