Azizi Developments

Azizi Developments was founded in 2007 by Mirwais Azizi, its chairman, as the real-estate arm of the Azizi Group; Farhad Azizi is group CEO. It has since become one of Dubai’s largest private developers, with more than 45,000 homes delivered and about 150,000 more under development as of 2026. Its main communities include Al Furjan, Meydan (Riviera), Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai South (Venice) and Palm Jumeirah, and it is building Azizi Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road; 2025 launches added JVC, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Islands.

How they build

Azizi builds at volume: large, mostly mid- and high-rise residential blocks with a heavy weighting towards studios and one-bedrooms, priced for investors and sold on front-loaded but short payment plans. Its larger communities add retail podiums and a signature amenity – the beach-style pools of the Beach Oasis projects, Riviera’s lagoon. The scale means plenty of resale and rental competition within the same development, so pick the unit and floor carefully.
