Abou Eid Real Estate Development
A Lebanese family developer, building in Dubai since 2014
Abou Eid Real Estate Development was founded in Lebanon in 1989 and is chaired by Hussein Abou Eid. It has built in Lebanon, Turkey, the UAE, Morocco and Portugal, set up its Dubai headquarters in 2014 and later moved its main office there. Its first Dubai residential project was Celia Residence in Dubai Studio City, launched in 2022 with Emtelak Real Estate at a value of about 70 million; it has since followed with Celia Gardens in Nad Al Sheba, Celia Heights and Celia Homes in Dubailand Residence Complex.
How they build
Abou Eid builds single mid-rise residential buildings under its Celia name: basement and podium parking, a hotel-style lobby, and the amenities concentrated on the roof rather than spread over a podium. Unit mixes are studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with a specification list built around named suppliers – Villeroy & Boch, OTIS, Samsung, LG, Legrand, ABB and Guardian Glass on Celia Homes. The company says it has delivered more than 3,000 homes across three countries.
